Course Description
The Black Belt course is a 2-week classroom session, combined with supplemental online training courses from the Rutgers' online Library. The Rutgers/Lockheed Green Belt course is a pre-requisite for this Black Belt course. Participants are required to bring a laptop computer for use of the Statistical software provided for the class.

Black Belt training builds on the Green Belt skills and expands them in several significant ways:
